Leni Riefensthal was not Hitler's girlfriend and I am not able to find any information confirming that she had been arrested by the Nazis. It is possible however that she was detained by the Gestapo for some reason. In the paranoid Nazi state being arrested or detained was quite common. Especially if someone in power disliked you or thought that you were a threat to their power or position.)
